USA Shipping 

Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.

We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.

International Orders

We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.

Excellent heavy mallet

We needed a mallet that would handle the abuse of public use in a community park. We went through a couple of homemade mallets that were destroyed in a matter of weeks. In the meantime, we used a rubber hammer for folks to use. When our Paiste M8 arrived, I could tell just by its weight that it was sturdy and durable. What really pleased me was the sound produced from the Bertoia 5' gong with this mallet. It was absolutely thunderous, resonant, rich and wonderful. Any adult can handle the weight (maybe 10 lbs?) but a child could not. The customer service and advice that I received, quickly, was speedy and helpful. I am very happy.
