Description

Hmong Shaman Gongs, also called Gou Gongs, range in size from 14" - 28".

These Hmong Shaman gongs are very thick, with a turned edge/lip, resulting in a fundamentally focused sound, which a little bit of crash. Shaman gongs have a very controlled crash, so you can play the gong with rapidly repeating strokes to produce a nice hum sound.

These are the preferred healing gongs for Chinese, Vietnamese and Cambodian shamans.

Great place to find a perfect gong

This is the best place nearby to find a perfect gong at a very reasonable price. We are old fashioned and need to physically try before buying.
We were looking for a Gou Gong and Garrett was very friendly and helpful. He brought out two boxes of over 10 gongs for us to try out. Even though gongs look similar, each one produces a unique sound and vibe. We were looking for a lower sound and settled on buying two of the 14 inch ones.
Call to schedule an appointment and stop by to see the showroom for yourself. You may end up buying one or more gongs.

Beautiful sounds

Garrett was so attentive to what I needed and looking for. He knows his products. I was able to test the gongs out and find one that suits me. I loved all the gongs at the shop! I will be coming back in the future for more. Thank you again for such a wonderful and personable experience!
